Illion CMS may be used for free.
The system may not be redistributed without prior written permission by Karl Moritz Hermann. This is mainly, because there are going to be frequent updates in the first couple of months, and I don't want some old, buggy versions of this system being redistributed. Just link to this page if you want to "redistribute" my system.
The program may be modified for personal use as long as it retains the original license, author and copyright information.
